My Two Front Teeth
From the 1st to the 23rd December YCN will be presenting a very special Christmas shop in the ground floor at 72 Rivington Street.
Billed as My Two Front Teeth, and produced in partnership with Jiggery Pokery, the festive store will present a plethora of specially commissioned gift items contributed by a host of creative collaborators. Contributions include Dominic Wilcox’s cotton styled walking canes, Saskia Pomeroy’s glow in the dark lunar calendars, Henrietta Swift’s ‘lighten the mood’ sticker sets and a family of wreaths by Hattie Newman.
Hundreds of christmas cards have been personally illustrated by artists internationally and newly screenprinted wrapping paper will also be on offer. London based illustrator Valero Doval has been commissioned to create a pack of ‘Christmas Pets’ cards to extend his brilliant Circus Pets family of embellished found postcards produced earlier in the year.
My Two Front Teeth is open at 72 Rivington Street, London, EC2A 3AY seven days a week from 10am to 7pm between the 1st-23rd December.
Selected items will also be available to see and buy online at www.72rivingtonstreet.com

Smile On Your Brother
Conceived by Mike Giles and Annie Lam and co-curated by Bob Kronbauer, "Smile On Your Brother",
is an art show centered around the original shape of skateboards when they first hit mass production. This seemed the perfect canvas to launch the contributor campaign.
Bringing together contemporary artists both in, and affected by the skateboard industry to help raise funds to go towards the first goal of Contributor which is to donate 100 skateboards to disadvantaged youth across Canada in 2009/2010.
